Here’s what you’ve received in your package:

THE MAP

The map represents an overview of two important areas in your
business: your clients’ success journey (horizontal milestones)
and your business growth phases (vertical levels).

THE CARDS

Each card represents a tried and true strategy, tactic, or simple
action step you will use to implement and improve your client &
business success metrics.

RULES OF THE MAP

  • You MAY NOT skip business growth levels.
  • For example: If you haven’t completed all 8 milestones in the IDENTIFY level, you can’t start working
    on the TRACK level cards.
  • You can only work on ONE card at a time.
  • You will most likely have multiple open cards needing your attention. Stay focused by only working on
    one card. If you have multiple open cards at the same business growth level, always clear them one at
    a time, starting from left to right.
  • You must earn the right to unlock the OPTIMIZE level cards :)
  • To unlock the OPTIMIZE level cards, you must first fully complete the IDENTIFY and TRACK growth lev-
    els. This way, you won’t be leaving money on the table. Once you complete these first two levels, you
    will unlock a new set of cards for the third, OPTIMIZE level. If you’re in the Hearts & Numbers Academy,
    you will also unlock access to our special training library.
