AI Disclosure
1. filipsardi.com itself does not run AI on visitor data
This site is a writing and marketing surface. When you sign up for the newsletter, send a message, or apply to a program, your data is processed by humans (Filip and his email-marketing tools) - not by AI. There is no AI chatbot, no AI personalisation, no AI ranking of visitors here.
2. Where AI does sit
FlowOS - the client delivery platform at lab.filipsardi.com - uses AI extensively to power features like Flowie (conversational strategist), FlowMapper (diagnostic), BusinessDNA (onboarding), the Gameplan parser, Waves (strategic tools), and Pulse analysis. Those AI flows are documented in detail in the FlowOS AI disclosure.
If you're not a FlowOS client, the FlowOS AI surface doesn't touch you.
3. AI in the writing process behind the letters
Filip uses AI tools (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI's GPT, and others) at various stages of writing the Client Flow letters - for research, drafting structure, summarising sources, surfacing patterns across past letters, and editing.
Every letter is reviewed and substantively edited by Filip before publication. The opinions, frameworks, recommendations, and voice are his. AI is a tool in the workflow, not the author.
4. AI in The Gameplan delivery
If you book The Gameplan, FlowOS-powered AI tools assist Filip during the diagnostic and gameplan-building process - but every gameplan is reviewed, refined, and approved by Filip before delivery to you. AI does not make automated decisions about your business in the sense of Article 22 GDPR. The decisions are Filip's, in conversation with you.
5. Limitations of AI-generated content (where it appears)
When AI is used in any output you receive (gameplan documents, FlowOS in-product features, drafted email copy):
- It is probabilistic - patterns predicted from training data, not deterministic facts
- It may occasionally present information that's inaccurate or incomplete
- It should inform your judgement, not replace it
- It is not legal, financial, medical, or accounting advice
6. Your data and AI training
Data you submit on filipsardi.com (newsletter signup, contact forms, applications) is not used to train any AI model - by us, by MailerLite, by Web3Forms, by Cloudflare, or by anyone we share it with.
