Terms of Service
1. What this site is
filipsardi.com is the marketing and writing site for Client Flow, operated by Filip Sardi through Lansiraj d.o.o. ("we", "us", "our") in Croatia. This site is where you can:
- Read the public archive of Client Flow letters
- Sign up for the weekly Client Flow newsletter
- Book The Gameplan™ - a paid 1:1 retention diagnostic
- Apply to The Flow Collective™ or a VIP Day Intensive
- Send Filip a message via the contact form on letter pages
The FlowOS client delivery platform at lab.filipsardi.com is a separate product with its own Terms of Service. These terms cover this marketing site only.
2. Newsletter
By submitting your email through any signup form on this site, you consent to receive the weekly Client Flow letter from Filip Sardi. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every letter, or by emailing filip@filipsardi.com.
3. Applications and bookings
Submitting an application form (Flow Collective, VIP Day) does not create a contract or guarantee acceptance. Filip personally reviews each application and reaches out within 48 hours either with next steps or a referral to a more suitable option.
Booking The Gameplan creates a paid commitment. Refund and rescheduling terms are communicated at the point of booking.
4. Content ownership
All written content on filipsardi.com - including letters, frameworks, methodologies (Client Flow™, Three Blocks™, MicroWins™, Retention Multiplier Gameplan™), and proprietary terminology - is the intellectual property of Lansiraj d.o.o. trading as Client Flow.
You may quote and reference letters with attribution. You may not republish, repackage, or sell the content without written permission.
5. Use of the site
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to scrape, harvest, or extract data programmatically
- Submit fraudulent applications or contact form submissions
- Interfere with the site's normal operation or other users' access
6. AI-generated content within letters
Some letters reference AI tools, methodologies, and observations. Where AI was used to support the writing process (research, structure, formatting), the final content is reviewed and edited by Filip Sardi. The opinions, frameworks, and recommendations are his.
filipsardi.com itself does not run any AI on visitor data. AI processing of user data only happens inside FlowOS - see the FlowOS AI disclosure for product details.
7. No professional advice
Letters, frameworks, and gameplan recommendations are educational and strategic. They are not legal, financial, medical, or accounting advice. You are responsible for evaluating any recommendation against your own situation and consulting qualified professionals where needed.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, filipsardi.com is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for business decisions made based on letter content, frameworks, or strategic insights.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Zagreb, Croatia.
10. Changes
We may update these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the newsletter.
